Budapest, Hungary

Hungary is a landlocked country in Central Europe. Since 1989, Hungary has been a democratic parliamentary republic, and today it is considered a developed country with a high-income economy. Hungary is one of the thirty most popular tourist destinations in the world. The country is home to the largest thermal water cave system and the second largest thermal lake in the world (Lake Hévíz), the largest lake in Central Europe (Lake Balaton), and the largest natural grasslands in Europe (Hortobágy).

Budapest is the capital and the largest city of Hungary. The name "Budapest" is the composition of the city names "Buda" and "Pest", since they were united to become a single city in 1873. It is the country's principal political, cultural, commercial, industrial, and transportation centre, sometimes described as the primate city of Hungary.

A simple but elegant card from central Europe. It shows the fabulous night view of Budapest. I waited it for a long time because it was missent to Thailand. Finally, it still got its way to me. Eszter, Cheers!
